This release closes the gap between your decisions and your team. In LendAPI v3.2.5, your decision flows can now hand work to the right person as a guided task, and you can re-run underwriting the moment new answers come in — no waiting, no manual chasing. Your branding now flows through every corner of the borrower experience, right down to each sub-account. And EmbARC v1.1.2, our loan management system, makes onboarding a new client dramatically faster with a brand-new Tenant Management System, alongside a refreshed servicing workspace. Automation that knows when to bring in a human — and a platform that scales with you.

Let your rules hand work straight to your team
New feature: Guided tasks, created by your decision flow
Automated decisions are great — until an application genuinely needs a human, and your team is left digging through a generic checklist to figure out what to look at. This release closes that gap.
Now your decision logic can create a task the moment an application needs a human eye. Add an "Assign Task" step to your flow, and a task appears exactly when its condition fires — with the specific data your agent needs laid out right there, including the same field from different sources side by side, so a review takes seconds instead of a hunt. Best of all, the agent's answer feeds straight back into your decision variables, ready for the next evaluation. A single rule step can create several tasks at once, and you can preview a task template before you assign it.

The result: less manual triage, faster reviews, and decisions that keep moving even when a person has to weigh in.

Re-run underwriting the moment answers arrive
New feature: One-click re-underwriting
When new information lands — a completed task, an updated document — you shouldn't have to start over or wait for a batch job. Now you can re-run underwriting right from the application's Underwriting tab, in one click.
It's smart about your data: integrations you've set to use cached data won't re-pull, while everything else fetches fresh. It's safe by design, too — you get a confirmation before anything changes, and if a re-run fails, your previous result stays exactly as it was. And it works in sandbox, so you can test the whole loop before you go live.

Your brand, everywhere — down to each sub-account
Improvement: Organization-wide theming
Your brand shouldn't stop at the edges of one product. Instead of setting a look product by product, you now pick a default theme for your whole organization in the new Branding settings, and every product uses it unless you decide otherwise.
Sub-accounts get their own identity on top of that — each can adjust brand colors (buttons, labels, inputs, and more) and its font, with one-click resets when you want to start over. And it's still flexible where it counts: any product can point at a different theme from its settings, and your theme list now shows how many products use each one.

Bring co-applicants along, together
Improvement: Multiple co-applicants in the inline flow
The in-line co-applicant flow now supports more than one co-borrower. Applicants simply choose how many they'd like to add, and the flow handles the rest — a smoother path for household and multi-party applications.

Everything else in this release
Plenty more shipped alongside the headline features.
On the LendAPI side (v3.2.5):
Payouts via Rutter — Rutter's payout capability is now a connected data provider you can call like any other integration.
Friendlier API responses — creating an application through the API now returns the customer identifier right away, so follow-up calls are simpler for your developers.
Text more people at once — SMS messages can go to multiple recipients.
A much faster application builder — pages that occasionally took several seconds to assemble now load dramatically faster thanks to smarter caching.
A steadier workflow canvas — smoother connection lines, no surprise crashes, and flows that save exactly what you built.
Tighter security — custom endpoint connections are locked to secure public HTTPS destinations, and a critical web-server patch was rolled out within days of disclosure.
On the EmbARC side (v1.1.2):
Smoother navigation — more predictable tables, better pagination and sorting, shared layouts, and skeleton loading across Customer, Loans, and KYC.
Stronger payout handling — clearer retry and reversal workflows, plus Plaid payment support.
Easier administration — improved role management and clearer MCA repayment and fee handling.
A round of reliability fixes across payments, communications, and the borrower portal — including corrected search pagination, disbursement-date defaults, and password-reset email delivery.
