Fund the advance.Collect from sales.
Factor rate, holdback and remittance are built into LendAPI. Revenue flows in from your merchant’s sales or deposits, and the right holdback goes out every business day.

Merchants connect,they don’t upload.
Your branded application asks for the bank account and the point-of-sale system in two taps. The same connections that underwrite the deal later feed every daily remittance.

Underwrite on cash flow, not a credit score.
Bank data, existing MCA positions and UCC filings land in the same decision flow as KYB and watchlist checks. Your rules decide; exceptions go to an underwriter with the evidence attached.
Factor and holdback, set once per product.
Define the defaults on the product: factor rate, holdback as a percentage or a fixed amount, collection frequency and where revenue comes from. Override any of it per deal; the payback amount recalculates for you.
The Merchant sells to the Funder a percentage of its future receivables (the “Purchased Amount”) in exchange for the Purchase Price below.
Purchase price$85,000.00
Purchased amount$112,200.00
Specified percentage11%
Signed and funded, already set up to collect.
The agreement comes from your versioned template and is e-signed in the browser. The signed deal lands in servicing with its factor, holdback and revenue source already set, so the first remittance needs no setup.
Every remittance, split and counted.Against payback, in real time.
Revenue syncs overnight, the holdback is debited at 9:00, and each payment is split into principal and fee. Weekend and holiday revenue rolls into the next collection day. Pace-based delinquency tells you who is behind in dollars, not just days.

Rule “UCC filings ≤ 1” in #118 MCA Cash-Flow Underwriting v4 sent it to review: Middesk shows 2 UCC filings. Everything else passed. Heron counts 1 existing MCA position, inside your limit of 2, and deposits average $96,400 a month.
Hi Rosa, thanks for applying. We found a second UCC filing on Rosa’s Taqueria LLC. Could you share the payoff letter or current statement for that position?
ARC reads the file’s own data and logs every action in the application’s history. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
It’s the system a funder uses to take applications, underwrite merchants, price advances, fund them and collect remittances. In LendAPI, factor rate, holdback and remittance are native fields, so the advance is serviced as an MCA from the first day, not as a loan.
