Our Winning Demo: Launching a Mortgage in 3 Minutes
An incredible two day demo session ended with LendAPI amongst the winners of “Best in Show” at Finovate Fall NYC 2025. Our Chief of Staff Eric King and our Advisor Kim Gerhardt (Kevitch) were there to receive the award on our behalf.
We want to congratulate the fellow winners Casap, Eko, Krida, LemonadeLXP and Vertice AI! Congratulations to all. And Casap had just joined our FinTech Marketplace last week. I guess we have two winners in the family now. Congratulations to all the founders of these incredible companies. We hope to work with all of you in the near future.
We went on stage Monday morning, opening day at Finovate and our Co-Founder & CEO, Timothy Li grace the stage showing off how anyone with any skillset can launch a full app 1003 mortgage application in minutes.
He also toured our sophisticated decisioning engine, rules studio and modeling services where risk, data and modeling experts can rejoice and start building products with product and technologist as opposed to sitting in endless prioritization meetings. We won over the crowd with a round of applause and we appreciate this fintech crowd for the love and appreciation.

Tuesday night at 5:45PM EST, the winners were announced and we still can’t believe that we were amongst the winners of “Best of Show”!
We want to first thank all the gracious fintech and banking executives for voting for us at the conference. Thank you for stopping by and dug deeper on our platform and talk about how we can help you to build new financial products with all the credit, fraud detection and risk management in tow. We built this platform for you guys and you’ve shown your love for the work we’ve put into the platform. Again, thank you all.
We would like to thank Finovate, we’ve been showing up at Finovate since the spring San Diego event and this is the first time we got on stage and demonstrated our platform in front of this huge crowd. Thank you for giving us, a burgeoning start up, a chance to show off our platform in front of thousands of banking, fintech experts.
