Run lending across multiple locations with their own teams and views, see the fields you use first, and manage counterparties, ACH payments, and fixed repayment schedules in one servicing platform.

This release is about meeting lenders where they actually operate. LendAPI v3.3.0 introduces Branches, so a business with multiple physical locations can give each one its own team, its own applications, and its own view of the work, while you keep the full picture. On the servicing side, EmbARC delivers a redesigned counterparty experience, Column as an ACH payment processor, and fixed-term repayment schedules for merchant cash advances.

LendAPI v3.3.0 — The Origination Side
One company, every location
New feature: Branches
If you lend out of more than one location, you've probably felt the problem: everyone sees everything, or you build workarounds so that they don't. Branches fixes that. Set up each location as a branch, and every branch gets its own staff, its own applications, and its own slice of your reporting. You still see the complete picture across all of them.
Branch staff come in two roles, and both get a focused workspace instead of a stripped-down admin console. Branch Associates see the agent dashboard and the applications they're responsible for, and nothing they don't need. Branch Managers see everything in their branch and can add and manage their own associates without going through you. Within the applications they can reach, branch staff have full control: edit, change stage, add notes and documents, present offers, and assign work. They sign in on the normal login page with email and password, with your existing two-factor settings applied. No separate URL to remember.

Every application also knows where it came from. Give each branch its own application link, and anyone who applies through it is attributed to that location automatically. Applications created by branch staff are tagged to their branch, and admins can pick a branch when creating one. From there, the branch shows up where you'd expect: a column and filter on your applications list, the application itself, CSV exports, and the activity history. It's also available in email templates, contracts, webhooks, and the API, so your own systems and documents can use it.

Branches is off until you turn it on, and you can enable it for one sub-account at a time. Creating a branch sends its manager an invite. You can deactivate a branch, or switch the whole feature off, whenever you need.
For lenders with dealerships, stores, or offices, it means each location works from its own view, and leadership still sees the whole business.
See the fields you use, first
New feature: Pinned fields
An application holds a lot of information, and most days you need a handful of it. You can now pin the fields that matter so they sit at the top of the application, visible the moment you open it. No more hunting through tabs for the three numbers you check every time.

Finer control over who can do what
Improvement: Permissions that reach your sub-accounts
Building on the custom roles introduced recently, roles now cascade down to your sub-accounts, and you can scope access per module for sub-account users. Task actions like creating, editing, and reassigning are individually controllable, and report access is separated so you can grant reporting without opening up everything else.
EmbARC — The Servicing Side
Everyone you lend with and through, in one place
New feature: Redesigned counterparty management
Vendors, investors, and merchants each have a lot attached to them: business details, contacts, addresses, documents, bank accounts, and the loans they're linked to. The redesigned counterparty experience puts all of it in one place. You can set a default bank account, build parent-child relationships, and link loans in bulk, so teams spend less time piecing together who is connected to what.
Get paid faster, your way
New integration: Column ACH
EmbARC now supports Column as an ACH payment gateway. Add your processor credentials and bank-account settings in the payment integration configuration, and turn on same-day ACH where you want it, so your payment workflows run through the processor you choose.

Repayment with a real finish line
New feature: Fixed-term MCA repayment
Merchant cash advances can now follow a fixed schedule: set the number of installments and EmbARC calculates each amount for you. Choose daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly collections, and see a projected schedule with due dates and how each payment splits between principal and fee. Fixed-schedule collections run independently of revenue data and adjust for non-collection days. One thing to know: missed collections can extend the actual repayment period, since completion depends on collecting the full purchased amount.

Know where your revenue data comes from
Improvement: Revenue source selector
For supported lending workflows, you can now choose your revenue source explicitly, bank-deposit data or Rutter transaction data, set product-level defaults, and link or update revenue connections. It's now easy to see which source a loan is using.
Everything else in this release
On the LendAPI side (v3.3.0):
More reliable passcodes. All accounts now send mobile one-time passcodes over our registered carrier route, so codes arrive more consistently and are far less likely to be filtered.
Correct stages for automated moves. Applications moved automatically in the background now reliably land on the right stage instead of showing "Processing."
Smoother dashboards. Filters reset when you switch between production and sandbox, and there's a quick "Clear filters" button next to the filter control.
Small fixes. Collateral tab notes now save, a login error page is gone, invitation emails reach users added to new sub-accounts, and several errors in the product builder and application API are cleared up.
On the EmbARC side:
LMS core upgraded to v1.15.0, with updates to repayment schedules, interest calculations, servicing operations, and event handling.
Clearer loan setup. Better fee and waiver configuration guidance, stronger loan-creation validation that prevents invalid repayment schedules, flexible holdback configuration, and custom credit limits for daily payout facilities.
More flexible payments. Payment amounts update reliably after autopay is enabled, scheduled payment dates are available in the Borrower Portal, and collateral API access is now authenticated.
Better visibility. Redesigned product-aware loan summaries, interest rate adjustment history, clearer approved-principal adjustments, and better accounting visibility for MCA journal entries.
Fixes for MCA revenue source resetting during tab changes, duplicate loans after edit and save, weekend rollover failures, slow Borrower Portal loan summaries, payment template retrieval, counterparty payouts on line-of-credit loans, and newly added loans missing from the Loans screen.
