LendAPI Platform Update v3.2.7 - One Inbox, Every Conversation

LendAPI Platform Update v3.2.7 - One Inbox, Every Conversation

Updated on

Updated on

This release is about one thing above all: bringing every borrower conversation into a single place. LendAPI v3.2.7 unifies email and SMS into one Communications panel, so your team stops jumping between tools to see the full history with an applicant. Alongside it, contracts get easier to hand off and collect, notifications now arrive in real time, and a new HubSpot connector plugs LendAPI into your CRM.

Every borrower conversation, in one place

New feature: A unified Communications panel for email and SMS

Talking to a borrower used to mean two different places — one screen for email, another for text — and no single view of the whole conversation. v3.2.7 brings them together into one Communications panel, so your team sees the full back-and-forth with an applicant in a single, scannable thread list.

It's built for how agents actually work:

  • Email and text, side by side. Threads live in one list, with SMS pinned up top and unread messages in bold, so nothing important gets buried.

  • Compose with attachments. Send documents right from the panel — no separate tool, no workarounds.

  • See what needs attention. An unread indicator and filter let an agent jump straight to conversations waiting on a reply, and the panel scrolls you to the first unread message in a thread automatically.

  • The right access for the right people. Sending versus view-only is role-gated, so you control who can actually message borrowers.

  • Two-way email, powered by SendGrid. Replies flow back into the thread, keeping the whole exchange in one place.

The result: less tool-switching, faster replies, and a complete communication history on every application — for every agent who touches it.

Contracts that are easier to hand off — and collect

New feature: Streamlined contract download and signed-contract upload

Getting a contract to a borrower and back used to have rough edges. This release smooths them out: agents get a cleaner way to download a contract and upload the signed copy back onto the application, so the paperwork loop is quick and tidy.

There's also a new PDF contract type, giving you more flexibility in how contracts are produced and shared. It builds on the contract work of the last few releases — including letting applicants download their own contracts — to make the whole signing journey smoother end to end.

Notifications that arrive the moment they happen

Improvement: Real-time notifications

Notifications no longer wait. This release moves them to real-time delivery, so the moment an application is assigned to you, a document lands, or a teammate mentions you, you know — without refreshing or waiting for the next check. Combined with the per-stage notification controls and mentions from recent releases, your team gets an instant, focused signal on exactly the things they've chosen to watch.

LendAPI, meet your CRM

New feature: HubSpot CRM connector

Your lending activity shouldn't live in a silo. The new HubSpot connector links LendAPI to your CRM, so applicant and lead activity can flow into the tools your sales and marketing teams already use — no custom integration work required. It's part of a broader push this release to make more application data available to your CRM and downstream systems.

More control over who sees what

Improvement: Page roles in Product Studio

Product Studio now supports page roles — you can mark a page as Regular, Agent, or Review — so the right steps show up for the right people. It gives you cleaner control over which parts of an application flow are handled by borrowers, by your agents, or in a review step, without building separate products for each path.

Everything else in this release

Plenty more shipped alongside the headline features.

  • A new application POST API — create applications programmatically, making it easier to feed LendAPI from your own systems.

  • Expanded integrations — Equifax Document Verification joins the platform, and integration request-mapping was added for USIO, Clarity, and Heron so tenant data maps cleanly into each vendor's request.

  • All tradelines, always visible — the tradelines table now shows every line, so underwriters see the complete credit picture.

  • A smoother, faster interface — no more shell flicker when moving between pages, snappier navigation between sign-in and the dashboard, and dark-mode colors that now derive automatically for cleaner contrast.

  • Under the hood — cached reference lookups and query tuning to speed up the busiest pages, and a security fix closing a cross-tenant data-exposure gap on the pricing engine.

  • Plus a long list of fixes across the application wizard, contracts, notifications, super-user access, and more.
