This release is all about keeping your team in the loop and moving. LendAPI v3.2.4 brings a real notification system to the dashboard, teammate mentions inside application notes, a contract editor that shows you exactly how a document will print, and fuller control over your brand. EmbARC v1.1.1, our loan management system, makes getting paid easier with one-time payment links you can send straight to a borrower. Less clicking around, less back-and-forth, more done.

Never miss what's happening on an application

New feature: In-app notifications for your team

Until now, staying on top of an application meant re-opening it to see what changed. That's over. There's now a notification bell right in the dashboard with an unread count and a panel showing everything that needs your attention.

It covers the moments that actually matter — an application assigned to you, a document a borrower just uploaded, a task a teammate finished, a new message, an application flagged for manual review, or a mention of you in a note. Urgent items like manual-review flags and failed integration calls stand out so they never get lost in the routine stuff. And when a borrower uploads several documents at once, you get one grouped notification instead of a flood. Everything is scoped to you — you only see what's on the applications you're actually working — and one click takes you straight to the work.

The payoff: your team stops babysitting the pipeline and starts responding the moment something needs them.

New feature: Tag a teammate in a note

Need to loop someone in? Type @ in an application note, pick a teammate, and they're dropped right into the note. It's the fastest way to pull the right person onto a specific application — and it's what sends them a "you were mentioned" notification so nothing slips. You can also edit your own notes after posting them.

See your contract exactly as it will print

Improvement: A print-accurate contract editor

Building a contract used to be a guessing game — you couldn't tell where pages would break until the PDF came out. Now the editor shows your document as real, paginated pages. Pick your page size (A4, Letter, or Legal), add headers, footers, and page numbers, and see exactly where each page breaks with a live page counter as you scroll. What you see is what your borrower gets — no surprises after you hit generate.

A handful of contract workflows got smoother alongside it: the cosigner flow works as expected, payment-schedule tables render properly, generated-document emails reach everyone on the template, and the old time limit on manually generated e-signature contracts is gone.

Make it look like yours

Improvement: Fuller brand control in theme settings

Your borrower-facing forms should look like you. This release adds font-color control to theme settings on top of your logo and color scheme — set the color of field labels and the text borrowers type into inputs, independently, for a more complete brand match. Small touch, big difference in how polished a white-labeled flow feels.

Get borrowers paid without the back-and-forth

New feature: One-time payment links

Collecting a one-off payment used to mean walking a borrower through a full payment workflow every time. Now your team can generate a one-time payment link and send it straight to the borrower — they open it, pick a payment method, and pay. You can create, resend, revoke, and track each link through its whole life, with clear status (active, used, revoked, expired) so you always know where a request stands. Easier for your team to collect, simpler for the borrower to pay.

Everything else in this release

Plenty more shipped alongside the headline features.

On the LendAPI side (v3.2.4):

  • A faster agent dashboard — search and filter across your applications, a clearer status column, and an assign dialog that finally includes you.

  • Your stage names, everywhere — webhooks now send your custom stage names instead of internal numbers, and stage and dashboard settings can be rolled out across accounts at once.

  • More reliable identity and credit checks — a device-verification issue that could skip a check is fixed, credit-report caching is consistent, and duplicate bureau pulls are eliminated — fewer surprises and less unnecessary spend.

  • Under the hood — engine values are now always stored in the type you defined, preventing a whole category of downstream errors; the last of the legacy code is retired; and the flow builder, database queries, and Integrations tab are all faster.

On the EmbARC side (v1.1.1):

  • Rutter for merchant cash advance — bring merchant revenue activity into daily MCA revenue ingestion for more automated, up-to-date revenue-based collections.

  • Estimated repayment schedules — enter a target repayment amount and let the platform work out how many payments it takes, then preview the schedule.

  • Temporary rate-adjustment windows — set a temporary rate with a start and end date and a rate to restore, approved as one controlled change, so a restore date never gets missed.

  • Easier administration — organization assignment on customer create/edit, and a Roles & Permissions overhaul with search, bulk actions, and group-level controls.

  • Clearer Promise to Pay and webhooks — better tagging and automatic board visibility for Promise to Pay, plus clearer webhook docs and tenant-timezone timestamps.
