This release makes your application builder faster and easier to work with, connects your origination pipeline directly to Salesforce, and expands the partner ecosystem with new integrations spanning loan management, open banking, income verification, and compliance. If you're building borrower-facing flows or routing applications through a lender marketplace, there's something meaningful here for you.

Bigger & Better Product Studio experience
Improvement: Smarter, clearer, faster to build
The biggest change is how the new Product Studio feels to use. We've invested in the interaction quality and visual clarity of the builder so that configuring a complex, multi-page application flow is less of a chore and more of a craft.

The most immediately visible upgrade is inline variable mapping. Every field on the canvas now shows a chip indicating exactly which variable it writes to — right there, inline, without opening a side panel. If you're building a flow with co-borrower fields, conditional inputs, or multiple applicant types, you can audit an entire page at a glance instead of clicking through each field one by one.

Page navigation has been redesigned too. The tab bar now expands into a clean ordered list of all your pages, showing their sequence, any special routing flags, and making reordering effortless. And the decision tree outcome panel has been tightened up: each outcome row now shows its type badge — approve, review, or decline — inline alongside the next-page selector. The logic of a node is readable without expanding anything.

The result is a redesigned Product Studio that rewards tenants who build sophisticated flows. Configuration that used to require back-and-forth between panels is now surfaced clearly on the canvas. It's a more professional building environment, and it shows.
Salesforce is now a first-class integration
New feature: Connect your origination pipeline to Salesforce CRM
Your lending operation doesn't stop at origination — and now your CRM can reflect that in real time. LendAPI ships a dedicated Salesforce module that connects your origination pipeline to your Salesforce org with a single OAuth flow. Authorize the connection from the Integrations page, and LendAPI handles the rest.
Once connected, application data flows into Salesforce automatically: borrower profiles, application statuses, offer outcomes, and document events can all sync to your Salesforce objects without custom middleware or manual exports. Field mappings are managed directly in LendAPI's integration settings, giving you control over exactly what lands where.

For teams running sales pipelines, account management, or servicing operations out of Salesforce, this closes the loop that previously required manual reconciliation or a third-party sync tool. Originate in LendAPI, manage the relationship in Salesforce — fully connected, out of the box.
Integration ecosystem got bigger
New integrations: MeridianLink, Pinwheel, Carleton, and Rutter
LendAPI integrations grows with new partners this release, covering loan management, income verification, compliance calculations, commerce data, and lender connectivity.
MeridianLink joins as a Loan Management System integration. Credit unions and community banks running MeridianLink can now sync origination data directly from LendAPI into their core platform, eliminating duplicate data entry and keeping both systems in sync.
Pinwheel enables real-time income and employment verification through payroll and direct deposit connectivity. Instead of asking applicants to upload pay stubs or bank statements, you can pull verified income data at the source — faster for borrowers, more reliable for underwriting.
Carleton brings actuarial and compliance calculation support into the flow — APR, payment schedule, and Reg Z disclosures — so lenders can generate accurate, compliant disclosures without leaving the LendAPI environment.
Rutter is a unified commerce API connecting to Amazon, Shopify, and other major seller platforms. For lenders working with e-commerce merchants, Rutter opens up seller revenue and transaction history as underwriting data, making it easier to assess business health without requiring manual document uploads.

Platform stability and performance
Fixes: Targeted improvements across Product Studio v2 and core infrastructure
Alongside the new features, v3.2.1 delivers a focused round of stability and performance improvements.
The refactored Product Studio receives the most attention: on-canvas calculations are fixed, the rich text editor is improved, dropdown and checkboxes are cleaned up, and the version panel now loads without requiring a page reload. Variable scoping for default value dropdowns is also corrected — derived variables show up where they should, and boolean fields respect the right variable type filtering. A sandbox branding issue caused by a missing database table is also patched.

On the performance side, the decision tree outcome API — which had been running at over 11 seconds for some tenants — is back to normal response times. For flows that rely on real-time decisioning during an applicant session, this is a meaningful improvement.
