The past two weeks have been packed with product releases, onboarding new clients and visiting at Money 20/20! We met with so many of our current clients, future prospects and hosted two executive dinners with EDGE and Spinwheel. To top it off, we have officially boarded one new client this week. With this great momentum, we are heading into November! We are locked in.
LendAPI Platform Release v3.0.4
We continue to optimize our entire platform feature by feature. In this release v.3.0.4, we brought Contract Builder up to speed with the latest front-end technologies. You can create, edit and publish any type of contract with e-signature embedded into your application workflow in a seamless way. We hope you enjoy the better and faster contract builder.
We also added a brand new way of texting folks via our SMS Texting Platform. With a forward slash in the message prompt, you can use any number of templates for you to text clients without having to think of what to say. This is a great way for operations to keep their messaging to clients via text consistent.
You can embed triggers and dynamic fields right inside of these texting templates. We can’t wait for you to try it yourself.
We’ve also made the Co-Applicant process available for everyone and brought this functionality from behind our paywall.
We’ve also implemented v1 of our new Reporting Infrastructure available for clients. This new reporting infrastructure gives you drill down capabilities. In the up and coming version, you can create reports yourself and we will be adding new canned reports for everyone to enjoy.
“Freedom to Create” Tour: VentureTECH 2025
We are headed to Frisco, Texas to attend VentureTech 2025. There will be 24 startups pitching their latest product and services to over a hundred credit unions. We’ve prepared a shortened version of our slides for this show. We have 8 minutes to shine!
Credit Unions are the best part about LendAPI. We are working with several Credit Union Service Organizations or CUSOs to help credit unions to launch new products such as personal loans and credit cards.

New Clients
We are working with several new clients in government backed programs, personal loans and invoicing factoring. With the release of LendAPI’s Embarc LMS (Loan Management System), we’ve been seeing a ton of clients switching from existing LMS to us. We are hearing a lot of need for quicker response time, more features and functionality and just basic business courtesy when it comes to treating clients.
We are looking forward to getting our clients onboarded with our DIY tools and project teams that communicate with and deliver for our clients. Our system and our business model is directly aligned with our clients.

What’s Next?
Lead Generator Control 2.0. We’ve been interviewing and collecting feedback from our clients these past few weeks and we received a lot of positive feedback. We are incorporating all of these comments into our new Lead Generator Control Panel 2.0. We will give lead buyers sub-campaign level control. Holiday calendaring and a/b testing are coming in v3.0.
Report Builder 2.0. With the release of v1.0 in Platform Update v3.0.4, we are looking forward to giving our clients even more control in the upcoming release. The new release will include ways to build your own reports. We will also bring about more canned reports into the reporting infrastructure. The new reporting infrastructure is a completely new platform where we replicated our production environment to give you even more powerful quality of query to dig deep into your processes.
Live Calls and Group Chat 1.0. Now that Templates have been introduced to our texting platform, we are moving ahead with group chat, this is another function demanded by our clients to give the ability to chat with their end clients as well as other associated players in the ecosystem. We are looking forward to working on this functionality. Live calls are also coming to the platform, stay tuned for that functionality for folks that need to do a live call to verify the application as well as final funding verification call.
