“Freedom to Create” Tour

What an amazing event LoanPro has put together in Salt Lake City. The event took place at the Salt Flats near the border of Utah and Nevada. The landscape is out of this world. Conversations, presentations, entertainment and food are plentiful. I want to thank and congratulate our partner LoanPro for putting together this amazing event. Their staff is the most professional and friendly folks around and they set the bar really high for any other user conferences.

The next leg of our “Freedom to Create” tour is our long awaited home coming event. Folks from around the country are gathering here in Irvine, California for our quarterly offsite. We invited clients, mentors and prospects to our office for a two day event where we lay out the agenda for the future and talked about product roadmap amongst ourselves.

I can’t wait to see everyone next week and there will be a lot of folks in and out of our office. Look out for an event update next week.

We are packing up again and getting on the road to Lend360 and Money 20/20 to round out the year. We are pairing up with partners to host a variety of events, dinners etc. Lookout for those invites.

LendAPI Platform News

We are officially one and a half years old next week! There’s a lot to celebrate. We will have corporate offsite, part of the “Freedom to Create” tour and we celebrate with our v3.0.1 platform release. This release contains over 100+ tickets addressing customer asks, platform features, hot fixes and other performance enhancements that makes our platform better every day.

We released the first version of our Lead Generator Control Panel. More details on this later in the blog. We are also launching new clients, new partners. We will tell you more about this later in the blog as well.

We are making a massive hiring effort to double our engineering, customer support and product team. Thanks to everyone who accepted our offer this week and we can’t wait to see your faces in the coming weeks.

Lastly, we demonstrated a release candidate to one of the largest luxury retailers in the US. The client is very happy with our progress and this will be the first time a US based luxury retailer launches their own private labeled BNPL leveraging LendAPI as the technology backbone along with our lending and servicing partners.

We are seeing a distinct movement from retailers to de-Klarna themselves from BNPL hegemony and launch their private labeled experience. The missing ingredient is LendAPI.

LendAPI Platform Release - v3.0.1

Lend Generator Control Panel

We finally have our first generation of our Lead Generator Control panel released. This powerful feature gives you the ability to control each of your Lead Generators with down to the minute buying criteria.

Our first version of the Lead Generator Control Panel lets you control the two most important aspects of your Lead Buy criteria, first is time of the day and day of week. This allows you to automatically turn on and turn off lead generators traffic with preset timing.

The second most important part of the lead generator control is the amount of traffic you would like to see on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We gave you this setting control as well in our new release where you can control these fundamental aspects of the way you like to buy leads on your own.

We hope you enjoy these new features in our v3.0.1 LendAPI Platform Release. In the up and coming months, we will enhance this control panel with even detailed control.

Email/SMS/Texting and Messaging Platform

• We added additional security features around our new SMS/Texting platform

• We are logging all of the emails to the logging section of the Agent Dashboard

Integration Partners Update

• We added additional variables from Socure 

• We fixed an UI issue with Five9 Dialer

• We added more infrastructure around our Equifax delivery platform to enable reseller partners

• We fixed an IP Passthrough issue with MaxMind

• We enabled various clients with Mailgun configuration

• We resolve a few issues with parsing information from TransUnion

• We added a Plaid CRA based report to our clients

• We also added and mapped additional Equifax score variables

• We added Trust Science as our integrated partner and added all of their scores

• We added a brand new Product Studio Widget based on Ocrolus integration. 

Client Onboarding

• We worked on more than 50 tickets in this release to continue to support our clients in their product launch journey. Our regular rhythm is a full platform release every other week but with hotfixes and production patches, we release them within a day or two to ensure clients with a smooth operating environment.

What’s Next?

We are working to deliver some major advancement in all features on our platform. Starting with an organized navigation menu. We believe this new navigation menu brings focus to users and gets them to start launching new products with even faster speed and accuracy. Here are some other features we are working on:

• SMS Platform 2.0: Link to Sign, Link to Pay, Video Conferencing. We are working on the next generation of SMS Platform, taking it to the next level where we can use templated text to get applicants to have a live call and these calls will also be swiftly recorded. Look out for these goodies coming to you at LendAPI.com

• The Co-Applicant: We are picking this back up again after our historic v3.0.0 release. So hopefully we will get this feature out for clients to design their own dynamic co-applicant flow.

• Reporting infrastructure. We are building a secure and speedy reporting platform. Not just a hastily made reporting tool that is slow and cumbersome to use. This is a high priority for us this coming release and we want this to get done as soon as possible to give the data back to the people, in real time. 

• Lead Generator Control 2.0. We are first separating some of the features in Tenant into our Leads section. Some of the controls such as our Lead Generator Control belong in their separate architecture.

• Lender Control Panel 2.0: We are digging deeper in how lenders are managed on our platform as well for clients that want greater control over how they are managing their private bank partners.
