Vy is far from new to the LendAPI team.  In fact, she has been instrumental in shaping the foundation of our company since day one. Prior to stepping into this executive role, Vy served as a trusted strategic advisor and operational force, tackling everything from complex regulatory compliance, managing all aspects of corporate assurances, and laying the groundwork for our entire Human Capital framework. Her tireless discipline, foresight, and execution have been instrumental in enabling LendAPI’s sustainable growth.

Vy brings a unique interdisciplinary background to our team. She holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, equipping her with a rigorous systems-level approach to organizational design, optimization and scalability. Vy is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology within the Division of Behavioral & Organizational Sciences. This program focuses on applying psychological theory to optimizing human potential, motivation, employee engagement, positive leadership, organizational development and scalable structure, knowledge that will be invaluable in her role leading our people strategy.

She meticulously organized our company’s internal operations, ensuring we met rigorous compliance standards, maintained comprehensive corporate structure and the necessary infrastructure to protect our business and our people.

Now, as CPO, Vy will formally oversee all aspects of our employee experience, including cultivating a thriving work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Her deep institutional knowledge, advanced psychological training, and unwavering commitment to LendAPI's mission make her the perfect leader to champion our greatest asset: our people.
