In his upgraded role, César will lead LendAPI’s client delivery strategy, taking point on client success, system integrations, and white-glove onboarding. Crucially, César will serve as the strategic bridge between LendAPI’s valued clients, product architects, and engineering teams, translating partner feedback directly into platform enhancements.
A Proven Track Record of Impact
Since joining LendAPI as Project Manager, César has been instrumental in executing critical client deployments. Most notably, he led the charge on key 1st Party Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) implementations and cross-functional onboarding initiatives, helping financial institutions, fintechs, and non-bank lenders launch next-generation products at lightning speed.
His deep understanding of LendAPI's no-code decision engine, onboarding workflows, and third-party integration ecosystem made him a natural fit to lead client-facing solutions as the company enters its next phase of hyper-growth.
In his new position, César will oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle—from initial implementation to long-term optimization—while collaborating daily with CTO Sam Xia and CEO Tim Li to ensure LendAPI’s product roadmap directly reflects client needs.
