We are thrilled to announce that John Krieger has joined LendAPI as our newest Technical Project Manager! Reporting directly to our VP of Product, Kay Feng, John will be a driving force as we scale our solutions for embedded financial services, credit unions, and large enterprise institutions.
A Proven Track Record of Success
Based in Chicago, John joins us with a wealth of experience in managing high-stakes technical implementations. Most recently, he served as a Project Manager at GRUBBRR, where he led end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for major national brands. His impressive background includes:
Complex Integrations: Successfully managed complex POS and systems integrations for international QSRs, delivering go-live results in just three months and driving significant sales growth.
Scale & Efficiency: Oversaw over 110 concurrent client engagements while simultaneously designing standardized templates that shortened average project timelines by two weeks.
High-Visibility Deployments: Led the delivery of technology solutions for over 100 music venues and multiple national sports stadiums with zero implementation failures.
Agile Expertise: Previously honed his skills at SAP, where he implemented Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) models to streamline internal timelines and Jira ticket resolution.
Academic Excellence & Technical Depth
John brings a powerful combination of business acumen and technical grit. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems (Business Intelligence and Analytics) from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a minor in Cyber Security.
His technical toolkit is extensive, ranging from programming in SQL and Python to mastering platforms like Jira, GuideCx, Visio, and Salesforce CRM.
