50 Million Applications Processed

When Sam and I first started this journey almost two years ago, we never thought we would have this claim of processing 50 million applications. This is a feat that we aren’t taking for granted. We love that our system can run as fast as anyone on the market and process complex decisions, models and rules like no one else. Take a look at this special announcement, here. “Freedom to Create” Tour

The “Freedom to Create” tour continues and kicking into high gear in Dallas, TX at Lend360. We are a young company and this is the first time we are attending Lend360 as a company, however I’ve been there many times.

We met with our clients, partners, prospects and new connections. I spoke on a panel all about the future of finance and embedded financing. The room was packed and we got a lot of feedback after the one hour session on Day 2 of the conference. 

This was our second time hosting an executive dinner and event. The first time was at Finovate which I wasn’t able to attend (going to another leg of the Freedom to Create tour) but this time we had a proper dinner at the historic Y.O. Ranch steakhouse. 

It was packed with our friends from marketplace partners, our prospective clients, our advisors and we co-hosted it with our friends from Pave. The meal was delicious and we had some local fare as well that you can only get in Texas. Everyone got to know each other really well and I cherish this moment tremendously.

In a few weeks, our whole team will make a showing at Money 20/20 in Las Vegas! We can’t wait to get there and talk to more banks, fintechs and retailers that want to get a start in building the next generation of embedded platforms.

LendAPI Platform Update - v3.0.3 Preview

I constantly remind everyone that we are a software company at our core. Even though we serve the larger financial services industry, we are microsoft, we are salesforce at heart. Our platform enables our clients to uncover new revenue opportunities and nothing else we do changes that mission. Our vision has always been “Launch any financial products instantly.”

LendAPI Home Page

• We’ve updated our home page with some minor details. We re-organized our Product Page top navigation to show off our Loan Originations System as well as Loan Management System (Embarc) to align with industry best practices. We launched Embarc last week with great fanfare and we will be launching LendAPI Pay with a major payments partner in the coming months to complete our Loan Core offering. 

• We’ve also gone through some major pricing updates and more to come on that as well to best fit our client needs. We are excited to provide an even more streamlined pricing structure with LOS, LMS and all of our SMS and AI products in tow. We think you will love it. 

v3.0.3 Preview

We packed no less than 100 tickets to address various needs of our clients and as with each release, we are releasing a new major feature. In a few days, we will release the long anticipated Co-Applicant flow. This feature is not a hard coded functionality or a gimmick slide down to add another app. This is a fully configurable feature which allows you to direct and re-direct application flow so multiple co-applicants can meet at taking on separate tasks and meet at the very end to solidify the entire application.

• Co-Applicant: The co-applicant process is complicated. There are numerous ways we have to consider when it comes to making the co-applicant flow configurable within our product studio. Introducing a flow that intentionally forks the main applicant experience is complicated and one that we designed and engineered carefully. In the coming release on Oct 15th, 2025, we will finally unveil one of the biggest features we’ve been working on which is co-applicants. We hope you will enjoy this new feature and the new co-applicant flow will give you an additional segue to increase your approval rate.

We want to thank Rutger van Faassen for being an awesome LendAPI Partner Podcast host! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to kick off this important part of our company. We also want to congratulate Rutger on his new position at Pismo! We are grateful that he landed an awesome position at Pismo (backed by Visa) which he can leverage his decade long experience to help them grow. We look forward to more announcements from him and we wish him the very best.

What’s Next?

Lead Generator Control 2.0. We’ve finally completed the design for the next version of our Lead Generator Control panel which includes even finer details of control down to the sub-campaign level. This will allow our clients to set a calendar and limits at the very last details of their lead gen purchase flow. Look out for this build in the next few weeks.

Report Builder 2.0. This is being tested by our internal staff and I hope this will be released very soon and connected to our main platform. We will work aggressively to get this into the hands of our clients next week or so.

Embedded Financing Widget 1.0: Sam and I had a conversation about this while we were driving around in the middle of nowhere in North Carolina. We will make our product truly embedded and flush to our client’s web presentation. Our existing pop-up solution is working but to have an even more seamless experience, we will work on this and embed our entire experience as part of our clients’ website.    

SMS Platform 2.0: We have some immediate features we are working on such as sending templated messages within the SMS Platform. So these messages are compliant and enforceable by our client’s compliance department. Video conferencing and deep linking (link to pay, link to sign) are all in the works. If you have an urgent need to use these new features, please let us know.

Lender Control Panel 2.0: We are digging deeper in how lenders are managed on our platform as well for clients that want greater control over how they are managing their private bank partners.
