At LendAPI, Wilson will be contributing to our platform's infrastructure and AI initiatives, applying his skills in software engineering, machine learning, and data visualization to build the future of fintech. With technical experience spanning Python, Java, SQL, TensorFlow, AWS, and Git, Wilson brings with him a strong foundation in backend systems, neural networks, and large-scale data handling.

His recent role as an Engineering Team Lead at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. showcased his ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing AI-powered document processing systems, using OCR and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate real estate workflows. He’s also no stranger to startup agility, having earned the Mendix Rapid Developer Certification and optimized low-code solutions for enterprise users.

Wilson’s project portfolio spans intelligent checkers engines, infrastructure dashboards, and impactful machine learning projects — including using satellite imagery to detect settlements in Sub-Saharan Africa with limited electricity access. It’s this combination of technical rigor, curiosity, and social awareness that makes Wilson a standout addition to our team.
