We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Chris Harris Edmond to LendAPI as our newest Product Intern. LendAPI's FinTech Orchestration Platform has been widely adopted by banks, credit unions, fintechs, and retailers alike to drive their lending growth strategies. As our platform continues to grow rapidly, bringing on fresh and innovative talent like Chris is essential to helping us scale and elevate our product offerings.

A Strong Academic Foundation
Chris brings a fantastic educational background to his new role. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Lovely Professional University. He expects to graduate in 2027. Before university, he completed his secondary education at Lecole Chempaka.
Beyond his academics, Chris has stepped up in several impressive leadership roles. He serves as the President of the Gamers Guild E Sports Organisation at his university. He also previously acted as School Head Boy at Lecole Chempaka.
Professional Experience and Projects
Professionally, Chris joins us with a great mix of technical engineering and customer facing experience. Most recently, he served as a Customer Engineer Intern at Evolgia AI from October 2025 to March 2026. During his time there, he collaborated with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, defined project scopes, and created detailed Statements of Work for AI driven client engagements. He also investigated recurring product issues by analyzing client feedback to identify platform improvements.
Prior to that, he spent the summer of 2025 as a Software Engineer Intern at ECS Fin. There, he developed and enhanced RESTful APIs for Identity and Access Management and Authentication services using Java, Spring Boot, and Keycloak.
His background also features a great deal of data and project management work. Chris previously worked as a Data Curator for VICCO and Teach India, where he automated repetitive data processing workflows with Python and Microsoft Excel. He even spent time as a Content Writer for Pentaomnia Private Limited, producing SEO optimized content across multiple domains.
On the personal project side, Chris built an AI powered fitness platform called FitLife using the MERN stack and Google's Gemini API. He also engineered an intricate Python data pipeline for healthcare report summarization utilizing Hugging Face Transformers.
Looking Ahead
Kay Feng, our VP of Product, is incredibly excited about Chris joining the team. She shared, "We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Chris to LendAPI. His unique blend of AI expertise, practical engineering experience, and customer focused problem solving is exactly what we need as we continue to push the boundaries of our platform."
