Joshua brings over a decade of proven sales experience across fintech and real estate, with a sharp focus on relationship-building and high-performance results. From closing $180M+ in loans across 31 states as a Platinum Loan Officer at loanDepot, to managing a pipeline of 300+ leads at Zillow Home Loans, Joshua knows how to convert conversations into action and strategy into scale.

With his deep background in mortgage lending, real estate investment, and community-driven engagement, Joshua will play a key role in helping LendAPI accelerate our sales cycle and expand into new sales territories.

He is currently pursuing his MBA at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business, with a focus on financial analysis and modeling—adding even more data-driven firepower to our team.
