A Pillar of the Engineering Team

We are excited to announce the promotion of Aravind Hari from Software Engineer to Lead Developer at LendAPI! Aravind exemplifies the “servant-leadership”. He’s always ready to help at the drop of a hat and has become an integral part of our CTO Sam’s large engineering organization.

Aravind joined us over 2 years ago and he was one of the first engineers at the start of this incredible journey. We all owe a debt of gratitude to his dedication to our customers, our platform and our vision, which is to launch any financial product instantly.

Aravind processes an unique skillset that gives him the ability to anticipate issues before it happens and always come up with a solution that’s timely and with accuracy. He’s earned the trust of our engineering team and our CTO, Sam Xia over the years and we all appreciate him being part of the team. And now, he will be leading the team.

Aravind has been an integral force in our engineering team, consistently displaying great energy, immense promise, and that essential 'always-on' mentality. He has been a steadfast resource, helping our team navigate and succeed through thick and thin.

When Aravind isn't solving complex engineering challenges or driving the future of finance, he's busy captivating audiences with his music. Outside of the office, Aravind is a genuinely great guitar player, and we're all looking forward to hearing his debut album, which is due out soon.
