To fuel this momentum, we are thrilled to announce that Alen Kuriakose has joined us as our newest Full Stack Developer Engineer. Alen joins our U.S.-based engineering team at a pivotal moment as we scale our infrastructure to meet the surging demand for instant, no-code lending solutions.
A Powerhouse of Full-Stack Expertise
Alen brings a wealth of experience in building scalable systems and a deep passion for "Clean Code". His background is a perfect blend of rigorous academic training and high-impact professional experience:
Professional Journey: Alen most recently served as a Software Engineer at Tarento Group, where he anchored the front-end team and specialized in transforming complex designs into functional, high-performance web applications.
OLA Experience: He also brings valuable experience from his time as a Software Developer at OLA, where he worked on contract to deliver critical software solutions.
Technical Versatility: With proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and Vue.js, and a strong foundation in Python, Alen has a proven track record of bridging the gap between sophisticated design (using tools like Figma) and robust development.
Education: Alen holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from the Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram (2018–2022), which equipped him with the analytical depth required for modern fintech engineering.
His dedication to excellence has already been recognized through multiple Team Impact Awards, underscoring his ability to contribute to a high-performing collective.
Strengthening the embARC LMS
Alen’s primary focus will be supporting the evolution of our embARC LMS (Loan Management System). As the industry's first LMS dedicated to embedded finance, embARC is designed to handle everything from complex product configurations to real-time borrower servicing. Alen’s full-stack capabilities will be instrumental in ensuring that our lenders, agents, and borrowers enjoy a seamless, "zero-complexity" experience.
