To further our mission, we’re excited to welcome Cesar Riano to the team as Project Manager, where he will lead and coordinate critical onboarding initiatives for our growing list of enterprise clients.

Cesar brings over a decade of experience working across UX research, data analytics, product operations, and AI/ML. His unique ability to translate complexity into clarity makes him especially suited for helping clients navigate technical integrations and internal adoption at scale. With past roles at Apple, Innovation Refunds, and major research institutions, Cesar’s background is grounded in delivering results through research-backed decisions and strong cross-functional alignment.

He also joins us at a key moment in the evolution of our platform—particularly as we invest further in enhancing our beloved Rules Studio. Cesar’s eye for how users interact with complexity will help us ensure that even the most powerful tools in our platform remain intuitive, responsive, and aligned with user goals.
