We have a ton of new features in v3.1.9 and chiefly we have a new contract builder that’s pixel perfect. What we mean is that whatever you design from the new contract builder is what it will appear on the PDF rendition of the final contract. Most of the legal contracts need to be in a specific format form design to sign and we finally made it possible.

Platform Update v3.1.9
In this platform update we bring you a ton of new features. In addition to the aforementioned new contract builder that’s "what you see is what you get”, we finally have a sign-by-draw functionality. With the new contract builder, new e-sign process and sign-by-draw, we are pushing our contract process to a new level.
Summer time is approaching and we will produce another platform update as usual and it’s likely 3.2.0 then we will go into hardening mode and
New: Contract Builder
Our current contract builder gives you the ability to replicate any type of document with dynamic field inserts. We added tables, graphics and other features into the contract builder in subsequent releases.
In this iteration, we made a significant upgrade to the contract builder module. Most of the legal contracts need to be in a specific format. From alignment to font size, page for page, these contracts need to look exactly the same as the original form.

For us to replicate it in a dynamic contract builder was difficult without an overhaul. In v3.1.9, we made it possible where we enabled a “what you see is what you get” styled contract builder. What you design from the new contract builder will render exactly in a final PDF layout format to keep all the format consistent from design to final product.
Sign by Draw
For the longest time, we only allowed applicants to type their name and select a predefined font. One of those was an italicized font type that emulate a cursive signature.
That was not enough, we’ve always wanted a way for the applicant to sign or draw their signature digitally and have it affixed on the e-signed document.

Now you can sign with your mouse, track pad or your finger if the contract is displayed on a touch enabled mobile device. This feature is located in the same place where you can type your signature. And now, you can finally draw or write your signature.
New E-sign Process
What can we say, there’s a lot of ways to sign a contract and we try our best to make the user experience as pleasant as possible. Our current process is a little clunky and we heard from our clients loud and clear.

In v3.1.9, we are trying something new, we are making the e-sign process more fluid and more pleasant. We still have a lot of room for improvement. In the future release, you will be able to put your initials on each page and multiple signatures per page.
Enhanced Application Level Details
We added more details to the application summary page. Data points such as which Product and Product version created this application as well as date-time stamps are also clearly visible at a glance.

You can also click on the application page as well as the customer portal, masquerading as the applicant and see where they left off as well as what’s currently in their customer portal. Mimicking what the end applicant sees from the back office greatly enhances ways back office teammates can see and therefore accurately help end clients to get through their application process.
Integration Partner Health Checker
We have over 120 integration partners in our system and we are adding a new way to browse connectivity with each of the integrated partners through a newly styled panel.

You can now clearly see each end-point connected to each integration partner on our platform. Each end point also has a health indicator to indicate whether the integrated partner is live and enabled with LendAPI’s core platform.
New Integration Partner: Judicial Link - State of Utah Courts E-filing
Judicial Link is a Utah state courts e-filing platform that enables anyone to file legal complaints in the state of Utah. We’ve integrated this system to enable lenders in the state of Utah to reaffirm their legal rights and obligations to recover from debtors that are in severe delinquency status.

Judicial Link is now part of and integrated in our Loan Management System EmbARC. If a loan is deemed to be unrecoverable through regular and conventional means, then with a few click of the button, lenders can file legal action against their clients through this integration.

Through our Loan Management System, you can also retrieve case updates from the court filing system through EmbARC’s Judicial Link integration.
EmbARC LMS - OAuth
We introduced OAuth into our EmbARC Loan Management System. This will act as the coupler to our other systems such as our LendAPI Loan Origination System and our clients front end management systems.

This is now available for our clients to use to integrate to any other enterprise level systems that wants to exchange information from our Loan Management System. OAuth is already available with our Loan Originations System.
