We continue to deploy groundbreaking features for our bank and credit union clients to build the best financial product and services. In this release we released a brand new core component to our platform, we are calling it “Flow Builder”, more on that later. We’ve also completely rewrote the code behind how end clients experience the product built by our platform. We’ve completely refreshed the underlying technology to make the application process smoother.

Platform News:
We are on our way to visit the third and final credit union in Idaho as part of the Curql Accelerator program. ICCU is Idaho’s biggest credit union. Founded in the 1940s, they grew from just $300 and 22 members into a billion dollar asset credit union with over 700,000 members spanning multiple states.
We will attend a number of fireside chat sessions with ICCU’s executives as well as demonstrate our platform to executives and officers in the lending area of the credit union. Most importantly, we are here to learn. Thanks to Curql Fund and Curql Collective for this great opportunity.
We’ve also attended FinTech Meetup 2026 and spoke on the “Building a Lending Platform that Lasts” with other FinTech executives from LoanPro, Bloom Credit, Spinwheel. We did no less than 100 demos at our booth and spoke to some giants in the industry to collaborate in embedded finance.
Thanks to all the investors that came to our 1:1 session to learn more about our growth in the past 24 months. We very much enjoyed the conversation and we are looking forward to working with you guys on our next fund raise.
Our new sales team has started with our first Head of GTM - Bennett Krieger leading the charge along with our Director of Strategic Partnership, Henry Jones. Bennett and Henry both came from Equifax and we are pleased to have them onboard to give shape to the next phase of our growth. We are very much looking forward to learning from each other.
We have a new LendAPI Podcast episode featuring the President of Next Wave Mortgage, Phil Ganz. Phil has originated over a billion dollar worth of mortgage during his tenure before launching his latest venture. You will learn about the mortgage industry like no other podcast. We talked about everything from technology to entrepreneurship. Please don’t miss it.
Lastly, we won another big contract from one of the biggest personal lending companies in the US. We are thrilled to exercise our platform and be part of another success story and a big win for all parties involved. We thank our partners and our sales team for making it happen.
Lastly we want to congratulate our client KeyPoint Credit Union and Enervee for being part of the SoCalGas Marketplace to move even more energy efficient appliances for millions of energy consumers in Southern California. Our collective effort is paying off!
Platform Update: v3.1.5
We can’t stress enough how important it is for us to be on the cutting edge of lending technology. Our product roadmap is robust and we always wanted to sit on our laurel and be reactive. This week, we released another foundational component to our platform as well as completely rewrite the core component that drives the end-applicant experience from the product built from our product builder.
We have also added two back office features, one of them is a Task List builder and tracker to help some of the more sophisticated and procedural driven clients to track all of the lists on a checklist to be completed before a loan is consummate.
We also released another feature for our most detail oriented clients to tag transaction types from credit bureaus and open banking vendors to provide an unified definition before their algorithm takes advantage of these tradelines and transactions.

If you want to switch from your current LOS that charges you an arm and a leg to LendAPI, please contact us at info@lendapi.com. Our do-it-yourself full lending core will give you everything you need working besides you at your own pace.
New: Flow Builder
We’ve been talking about Flow Builder for some time now and we finally got it into production. This is one of the most sophisticated software we’ve built to-date.
The flow builder allows you to build events, processes, triggers and soon, timer/delays to model any flow you’d like. And these flows are callable by an API call. This design allows you to build a complex flow that can be inserted as part of any process.
With these “flows” built from Flow Builder, you can build just about any process in combination with our Rule Builder, Pricing Engine as well as our Product Builder. This Flow Builder is the crown jewel of our entire platform and it really ties all of our components together in a visual and easy to understand way. We can’t wait for you to try it.

The new Flow Builder has built in intelligence as well. It will alert you when an API is missing fields for critical operations before a flow is completely saved and ready to be used.
These in-design alerts will guide you through an intuitive process to troubleshoot your design and design process. We think these guidelines will be the foundation of your design process and make our platform even more designer friendly.

Within each element of the Flow Builder, you can expand on flow elements and further refine input and output from each element to other connected elements. For example, you can further refine the API call within a flow to expect specific data element to flow in and out of each of these API conduits as part of the flow design.

New: Task Builder and Task Reminder
Some of our more sophisticated and regimented clients need to complete a whole check list as well as complete customer care related work set by reminders before an application can move forward.
They needed a way to create tasks as well as tracking their tasks with completion dates and reminders. We hear you and we released Task Builder and Task Reminder.
You can now easily create a task and assign it to someone to complete them. These tasks can be anything and could serve a variety of purposes. You can track these tasks by completion dates.

You can also look at all tasks waiting to be completed or overdue in one task list view. This will help you to get organized and consistently complete tasks with confidence and never miss an item before an application is moved to the next status.

We think that the Task Builder and Task Reminders will be a great way to organize your day and keep you on task, no pun intended. We think you will use these task oriented features quite a bit, we love to hear your feedback at info@lendapi.com or contact your customer success manager.
Overhaul: End-Applicant User Interface
We’ve completely rewrote the application experience of the end user with React Aria and Tailwind CSS.
We want our entire platform to be reactive, smooth inside and out. We’ve been doing a lot of remodeling of our administrative side of the platform and it’s now time to completely overhaul the end-user experience.

Whether the end applicant is a consumer or a small business owner, we want the application experience built from our Product Builder to be as smooth as possible with pixel perfect alignment.
We took a lot of time to reconstruct the entire code base with the latest React Aria architecture and Tailwind CSS to give our client the most accurate representation of their user interface design.
These new components are now available in LendAPI 3.1.5. All of the products you’ve built using Product Studio will take advantage of the latest core component that drives the end user application.
New: Smart Transaction Tagging
We love Open Banking partners and the data they provide. These banking transactions helps banks and lenders to provide an even more accurate underwriting decision.
These banking details are often supplied by the correspondent banks at a transaction by transaction level. Each of these transactions carries the expected attributes such as transaction date, time as well as translation amount and traction type.
Sometimes the transaction description and transaction categories are mislabeled. Various banks might have a different definition from each other and for our most detail oriented banks with underwriting strategies that relies on an unified definition, we needed to do better for them.

That’s why we released the Smart Transaction Tagging.
Banking transactions coming through the raw feed by our Open Banking partners will get a chance to be re-tagged by our clients before they are sent to automated algorithms to be further adjudicated.
This way, no matter the definition supplied by banks or open banking partners, our clients will have a chance to provide their own unified definition. This works even when the bank and the open banking partner doesn’t have a transaction definition at all.
We think that this tool will give you the ultimate control of what goes into your cash flow analytics tool set. Please be on the look out for this feature in our v3.1.5 release, which is available now.
What’s Next?
You probably saw a few technology previews from our CEO Timothy Li on A.I. tools we’ve been working on called Arc.
The unified all of the features we’ve built for the past 24 months, we think we are ready for the agentic world. We are deploying several automation implementations using LLM and other reasoning models to help our back office users such as loan officers and underwriters to work even more efficiently than before.
You can check out this technology preview video all about summarizing the loan application detail, and this one all about using AI tools to build strategies.
