Welcome to our thought-letter! This week has been an exciting one as we've engaged with our valued partners, investors, mentors, and clients. We're thrilled to share some major developments with you.

Banking in the Digital Age: A Hunger for Simplicity

In an era where digital experiences are paramount, banks are craving a more user-friendly and cost-effective transformation. Many financial institutions express the desire to innovate but often struggle to navigate the complexities. Some banks have even established their venture arms to explore new possibilities. We aspire to be the solution they seek, but we can't do it alone – we need your support.

From Digital Demand Deposit Account (DDA) openings to payment orchestration, there are numerous opportunities for LendAPI and other FinTech infrastructure firms to offer their expertise.

Anticipating LendAPI v1.4

We have high hopes for our upcoming v1.4 release, which will feature a flexible product/page composer. This powerful tool will empower our clients (and ourselves) to construct fields, pages, and document collection journeys with ease, using a simple drag-and-drop approach. We can't wait to introduce this groundbreaking feature.

In the meantime, we're thrilled to present you with interim release v1.3.4, which comes with some notable highlights:

1. Enhanced Sign-Up Process

We've streamlined the sign-up process, making it even more user-friendly. We've also added additional security measures to verify new users' email addresses before granting access. Keep an eye out for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in our upcoming release for an extra layer of security.

2. Simplified Upgrading

Whether you're enjoying our free mode and want to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, or if you're interested in signing up for a paid edition, we've made the process smoother and more convenient. #ka-ching.

3. Strengthened Rules Engine

Our rules management system is now even more robust. We've enhanced it to prevent unauthorized access to rulesets, ensuring data security.

4. Bug Crushing Mode

We've been hard at work addressing various issues, including reports, Fiserv connectivity, improving the co-applicant application process, and fixing a host of minor bugs that we've encountered.

State-Specific Decisioning and Product Support

Did you know that LendAPI supports state-specific decisioning and product support? Our clients can tailor their underwriting strategy, product implementation, and consent agreements on a state-by-state basis. It's all about customization and flexibility.
